Nasir Ali

Founder & Director

Nasir has over 24 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing with expertise in the field of Fashion, Agriculture, Trading, Medical Equipment and Furniture.

He joined the field of Sports Infrastructure at the time of Commonwealth games in 2010, just for the love of the Sport. Since then, he has been instrumental in doing hundreds of installations in the field of sports infrastructure in India, taking care of each detail personally from civil work to selecting right product from all over the world.

Nasir is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and has done his Masters from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. He is an avid Tennis Player and Cyclist. He loves travelling and has travelled to more then 50 countries.

Pankaj Singh Shahi

Lead – Chinese Business and Sourcing

Pankaj Singh Shahi is a Chinese Language Expert with an experience of more then 20 years in doing business in China and is well networked.

He holds a Masters degree in Chinese Language from JNU and is fluent in both written and spoken Chinese. He looks after sourcing and negotiations with the Chinese counterparts.

He is instrumental in starting our sourcing of top end products from China and looks after complete parameters for imports. His expertise has taken the company to a next level in sourcing quality products from China.

Tarandeep Singh Saggu

Lead – Architect and Project Management

Taran is an accomplished architect with over 12 years of experience in the stream of Building Design & Construction with more than 150+ brands on board.

Taran and his team have designed more than 1000+ projects all over the Asia Pacific region including Landscape projects, Malls, Schools and other institutional and residential projects.

His innovative ideas and inputs in the field of architectural design have won him a lot of recognition in the field. He has done a lot of Sports Projects in this period.

His rich experience has led him to decode the customers’ psyche. He possesses great insights on delivering high quality solutions thus driving customer satisfaction.

Srijan Yadav

Srijan is an enthusiastic and driven, sales professional with over 7 years of experience in the sports industry. His focus areas were Business Development, sponsorship sales, sports infrastructure and creating new ways of delivering value to sponsors creating long term working relationships.

A MBA in marketing and passion for sports, the move to Gallant Sports & Infra was a perfect fit for Srijan given his extensive knowledge about turf management and infrastructure development. His primary responsibility at Gallant is to secure new revenues within Gallant’s existing portfolio of clients as well as seeking out new clients.

Srijan would be heading the Natural and Artificial Maintenance Machines from Redexim, Netherlands. He would be heading sales of these machines to Golf Courses, Football and Cricket Fields.

Besides his MBA, he has a degree in advertising and media. A big football fan, he has been supporting Arsenal for over 15 years now. His passions extend to animal rights and over the years has adopted many animals.

Nitin Gupta

A Marketing & Finance grad from IIM Kozhikode, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from NIT Kurukshetra, he has more than 20 years of professional experience in providing Business Advisory Services and formulating IT Strategies. To name some feathers on his hat - Accenture, PwC, IBM, Siemens, Wipro and TCS. He has worked across multiple sectors and geographies and done a myriad things but we'll skip to the interesting bits. He is passionate about sports, travelling and trekking (runs a Himalayan travel firm by the name of On High Grounds) and has done every exciting thing that you can think of!

At Gallant Sports, he wears the hat of an advisor and indulges into blue sky thinking needed to take Gallant into new spheres of growth through innovative associations and activities. He also helps on the Business Development front and is always ready to tell you why you need a great sporting surface to be a great sportsperson!!

SONU CHAUDHARY

BE/MBA in International Marketing with rich experience of sales and marketing in both domestic as well as International Markets. He has 15+ experience in Sales and Business Development across Banking and Financial Services / Internet Startup Domain / Education Sales.

He is passionate about sports, travel and music cutting across various genres ranging from Hemant Kumar to Pink Floyd. He strongly believes that the birth of a great sportsperson lie in the early school years and hence joined Gallant to provide world class sports infrastructure solutions to the school fraternity in India.

At Gallant, he is primarily responsible to drive sales and business development through two main Channels – Education and Government Sector.

Sushil

An IIM Indore PGCPF and an elite member of APICS. In a career spanning over two decades, he has been the head of finance & Commercial for IBG Group, a group company of G4S PLC, UK. And experience in the entire gamut of finance with additional responsibility of Global logistics & supply chain governance as well as Compliance functions. During his tenure with IBG, he has held several leadership positions looking after strategic initiatives, financial planning, treasury, insurance, global taxation, business finance, contracting, governance and compliances.

At Gallant Sports he will focus on managing capital, fund for Growth, governance, risk, compliance, regulatory, cost & time analysis, financial reporting & accounting.

He strongly believes in “ Do everything with a long term prospective. Any gain whether personal or professional should be a part of a long term objectives, numbers, growth or level of satisfication.”

He is an outdoor enthusiast and love to nurture the nature in his leisure time. He enjoys playing lawn tennis & cycling.

Ajay Gulati

Ajay is a post graduate in international business with 12 plus years of experience in business development , customer relationship and key account management. . He's worked in the BFSI sector and has been associated with sports infra development for nearly 7 years now. He is a strong proponent of life long learning and recently completed a year long management programme from IIM-Ahmedabad .

An avid runner who credits the sport for a positive transformation in his life , he also has a keen interest in 20th century history and stays mentally stimulated by trying to read at least one book a week.

At Gallant , he heads the sales and marketing department and strongly believes in the mottos," Take care of your customers and employees and the profits will follow " and "Hubris kills businesses and humility saves them" .
